We were at OWIB!
The OCB was in Esbjerg today for the 10th annual OWIB - the Offshore Wind Industry Business to Business meet hosted by OffshoreEnergy.dk - seeing all the opportunities for expansion and collaboration in offshore wind on the west coast of Denmark!
This year the meeting was very focussed on the upcoming Horns Rev 3 farm, with introductions made from the developers, Vattenfall before workshops with MHI Vestas, DEME GeoSea, VBMS and A2Sea.
The afternoon was spent with some intense and rewarding short B2B meetings with many different types of companies from all over Europe. There are lots of possibilities there (even possibly outside wind...), waiting to be seen and pounced upon, and it takes events like this to help them be realised!
